Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

- International: 14–30 business days

Shipping Carriers We work with multiple fulfillment partners and carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Veloura is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us support@myvelourashop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Veloura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
